Everything about this property is great for a quick overnight near the airport. The location is good, and shuttle is very convenient. The hotel restaurant is nice too.

Very good hotel, rooms were very nice, cleaned. Had good amenities at the hotel, especially the bar, entertainment area. Friendly staff and helpful front desk employees!!!

Exceeded expectations. Ended being a much nicer hotel than expected. First time staying here. Modern, clean, friendly staff, clean, artful touches. Very quiet, excellent under ground parking.

Honestly, this surprised me. I usually dont stay at Aloft but the anesthetic and decor pleased me. Beautifully decorated rooms let alone the hotel and its lobby with live music. I was in for a quick trip and chose this location as it is very near the airport. Loved my experience.

The shuttle is convenient and the staff is nice but the Internet is terrible. Couldn't connect and I couldn't get any cell service at all. You might as well stay In a grounded faraday cage. The lady at the front desk had no clue how to actually connect to the Wi-Fi. She said that the Wi-Fi password was the last name of the reservation and the room number. But after trying a bunch of times on aloft HCS it still wouldn't connect. Aloft guest was incredibly slow. Honestly worse than the measly amount of cell service I get in the room. Like previous reviews have said it can't even load Google maps. When I'm trying to get work done this makes it incredibly inconvenient and makes one not want to come back here ever again.

Stayed here 1 night pre cruise. Hotel shuttle very convenient. I checked in on the app and was notified when room was ready. I prefer a room card so still checked in at reception Upon arrival. Reception was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only problem with the room is one switch turns on lights in bedroom and bathroom. If you get up at night and don't want to wake up your spouse it's pitch black in the bathroom and no place to plug in a night light which I always carry. Bed very comfortable, mostly quiet and plenty of hot water and towels. Bar/restaurant is in lobby. Very limited food choices for dinner but manageable. Bartender/waitress did a great job but definitely needed an additional person. Live music in the evening was a nice way to unwind after a busy travel day. I would stay here again pre cruise.

Check in earlier so you don't get the night clerk with the glasses. I'm not sure whether she was just offended that I was asking questions she couldn't answer but she has the worst attitude. Rooms are pretty dirty. I get that it's an airport hotel but this is pretty egregious. Cobwebs, sticky floors, dirty hand prints all over the headboards (??) When you have a crazy amount of noise from being literally attached to the airport rail track you'd think you'd do better with service and cleaning but I guess not. Marriott should take this off their roster, it's an embarrassment to the brand.

I had a fantastic stay at Aloft SeaTac. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable—especially the beds, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was super attentive and friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and effortless. What stood out the most for me was how pet-friendly the hotel is. I reserved a pet-friendly room since I was traveling with my cat and dog, and they both absolutely loved it. It honestly feels like they recognize the Aloft vibe and settle in right away—it’s like home for them every time we stay at this hotel chain. Highly recommend for anyone traveling through SeaTac with pets (or without). Clean, comfortable, and welcoming—exactly what you want in a hotel stay.

But what really sets this Aloft apart is the exceptional service, particularly at the bar. Maddie the bartender is an absolute standout. Her friendly demeanor and excellent drink-making skills elevate the entire guest experience. She's truly the best!

I would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone, unless staying by yourself. What could possibly be the reason to have one light switch operate the lights to the bathroom and the bedroom area? There was NO separate light in toilet / shower room. How is anyone supposed to use the bathroom when the rest of your party is trying to sleep? Other than that, courteous staff, clean room, comfy beds, convenient airport shuttle.
