I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this place because I have never been to SeaTac. While it is an older hotel (if you're a snob about hotels & the fixtures in the rooms/bathrooms, this is not your hotel), it was great. From the moment I came in to the moment I left, the service at the front desk was amazing. I also could have returned my rental car earlier & used the 24/7 shuttle instead. I wasn't sure it was legit when I booked it so kept my car instead. The shuttle was running all the time when we were coming & going. Seemed very reliable. I didn't eat the breakfast since I am not a hotel breakfast person & SeaTac has a 24/7 qdoba that serves breakfast. I didn't see a water bottle filling station but also didn't look in the fitness center. I am definitely staying here if I am back in Seattle.

Front desk staff was great! Enjoyed the hot breakfast and complimentary bottled water. Should know that you have to call hotel for the shuttle to come pick you up at airport. Would recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights from Dec 2-4. Visited from Toronto, Canada hopeful this would be good based on recent reviews. Customer service was top notch but the room I received wasn’t great (2 queen + balcony). Almost as if someone had shampooed the carpet and not let the room vent properly to dry. It felt stale but when I politely asked the front desk staff, they were more than happy to put me in another room - no questions asked! 2nd room was top notch! Very happy with the customer service, the room and the amenities! We hung out in the game room for a bit and used the gym which was fairly adequately equipped. Wifi speeds were good. Free parking was straight forward and without issues! Breakfast was also good. Plenty of bread options, peach yogurts, juices, coffees, muffins, eggs, sausage and potatoes. Pancakes were our go to for both days! A huge thank you to the staff once again! Made my stay much more pleasant!

My son's basketball team stays here multiple times a year. The workers are so nice and pleasant to deal with. The games room,pool, and hot tub act as a great clubhouse for 10 boys aged 11-12. Solid breakfast in the morning. Thank you for the hospitality and looking forward to staying there again this coming weekend.

I’ve had the best 5 days sleep ever in this hotel. The room was clean, not too noisy at all. Staffs were patient and nice. I borrowed a charger from the front desk, which gave me necessary help. The airport pick-up was convenient. Plus, the breakfast was so good!!! I would be here again when I come to Seattle. I will see you there?

The hotel is clean, in excellent repair, and manages to feel cozy and comfortable. The helpful details in the rooms don't stand out at first, but the high power usb ports and numerous outlets, multiple modular waste baskets, and other carefully selected details are nice. They offer rooms with balconies and even courtyard patios, reminiscent of the days when open spaces were important in design. The indoor pool snd hot tub are nice and open a very generous 5am to 12pm. The staff is the real gem here. I'll actually be calling out 3 members by name in an email to management. While the other chains are getting cheap, creating policies that are not customer friendly, and hiding their staff behind polycarbonate shields, this crew treats their guests with genuine friendly respect and will do everything possible to ease your burdens related to your stay without nickel and diming you. I don't want to go into detail about how flexible the staff was with our trip, but they could have easily asked for significant amounts of money. One of the staff joked with me about requiring food in payment, but it was clear that charging me never crossed their minds. This is the first class operation and booking here is worth well more than the few dollars it may cost over a "value" hotel.

Our stay at the Best Western hotel was incredibly welcoming and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home with their friendly and attentive service. The room was not only organized but also well-appointed, featuring comfortable furnishings and thoughtful amenities that made our experience even more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which offered a delightful variety of options to choose from. Freshly prepared items, including muffins, oats, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, coffees and a range of hearty dishes, ensured that there was something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and accommodating place to stay. Thank you to the staff for your exceptional service and for making our visit memorable!

The overall experience was ok, the staff if nice and the rooms are ok, although outdated. BUT If you’re a light sleeper like me, the constant airplanes are not as quiet as others mentioned, and the fridge and AC took turns all night making noise, so don’t expect a full night sleep. Breakfast was good, from 6 to 9. We couldn’t hear the rooms next to us but people on the hallway could be loudly heard.

The place is a bit outdated BUT you can tell they keep it very clean. The staff are all super friendly and helpful! The location is very convenient given you’re right next to the airport and the light rail. The light rail will take you right into the city for only $6 bucks per person each way. Their airport shuttle will take/and pick you up from the light rail saving you on uber/taxi costs to get into the city. It was so convenient. With being so close to the airport, it’s a given to hear the planes. The pool is nice and opens early and doesn’t close till late. We liked being able to play table tennis. The breakfast is a basic hotel breakfast with pancakes, eggs, cereal, toast, bagel, oatmeal, etc… type options, no complaints. I’d definitely stay here again.

I'm giving 5 stars across the board because this is a great retro feeling Best Western! Especially helpful and pleasant staff (Lena is a keeper!) The only slight drawback is this is a 100% smoke-free hotel, yet obviously people are not following the rule... the smell of pot and cig smoke was very apparent in our room upon check-in as well as in the hallway. Not so bad that we needed to change rooms tho. ? We'll be staying again!
