The good: this airport hotel is conveniently located, very clean, and staffed with lovely, efficient people. The airport shuttle made this an excellent choice, and the breakfast buffet had lots of great options. The bad: The noise. Not just from the airport, which I fully expected and was prepared for - but from inside the hotel. You can hear every word spoken by folks in the hall, you can hear your neighbors showering, snoring, and zipping up suitcases, and every single footstep from your upstairs neighbor is resoundingly loud. I got perhaps 3 hours of sleep and was lucky to get even that. There was also no ventilation/fan in the bathroom, so a single shower caused the whole room to feel muggy for hours. You do get decent value if you have earplugs, but if you're sensitive to noise, consider another option.

The hotel was well maintained except there was an odor in my room. I have never arrived at a hotel room where the window was opened wide (arrived at almost midnight). I immediately informed the front desk. Wasn't offered another room. Soon discovered a clog in the bathroom sink which was treated with a chemical drain opener. I just attributed the smell to the plumbing. The room was also a bit noisy as our windows faced a residential neighborhood and I heard dogs barking all night. And, no housekeeping except Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays but absolutely nowhere in bathroom to hang towels. Internet was spotty and no desk lamp which made working a bit difficult.

Our son flew out in the morning so wanted to be near the airport. They have a free shuttle to the airport every thirty min. You just have to book it. We called the hotel after we were done at the airport and they came and picked us up. Worked very well!! We stayed on the newer side of the hotel in the premium standard room, which was nice!! Good breakfast options and a massive breakfast room!!! Definitely would stay here again!

Great location, shuttle service is quick and easy both directions. They have you sign up for leaving, it is every 30 minutes. Rooms are okay. The junior suite is tiny and it feels like the king bed barely fits. In the deluxe suite it is better. Other big issue in the rooms is the A/C doesn't really go into a "low fan" state ever for any reason. It is always on full blast, and stupidly loud. Anyone above you is audible, and if you are on the 3rd floor, it is easy to hear the jets taking off from the airport. For the price amd convenience I will likely end up here again - but - I will keep looking for a better hotel. Breakfast and the people are fine. Rooms are clean.

Close to the Airport and SouthCenter Mall. Loved going to Sharps for dinner. Delicious breakfast - we made our own waffles which took a few minutes in line. Pool is clean with plenty of towels. I upgraded to a "newer" room for $15 per night and stayed on the first floor. It was quiet. Downside is walking to the front to get a pool room key and then walking back but...that's nothing! Felt safe as a single female mother.

9/10. Got a standard king room. Pros: Location close to freeway and public transportation. Great breakfast (pancakes AND waffles???). Super clean rooms. Beautiful common spaces. Great customer service. Plenty of parking included. Comfy bed. Simple air conditioner and heater settings (a pet peeve of mine is crazy steps needed for room temperature adjustments). Cons: Small bathroom (limited counter space, standing shower with half door thingy), okay water pressure, and iffy sound insulation (could hear people walking above pretty clearly and doors opening and closing in the hall).

When I stay at a hotel, cleanliness is the most important thing to me and this place definitely checked that box! I felt comfortable my entire stay, the staff was professional and kind, and the breakfast was great. The beds were also very comfortable, I slept like a baby! Very close to the airport which was convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel that is very close to the airport (you just need to call for a shuttle when arriving at SEA). Great service from the receptionists and shuttle drivers. Rooms are comfortable but very modest. Bathrooms are okay and could use some maintenance. Breakfast is modest too. Overall, very satisfied.

This was such a great hotel! The staff were all so friendly, and the entire hotel was clean and comfortable. I like a soft mattress, and white the bed was more firm than I prefer, it was still very comfortable, and I felt it was much softer than many hotel beds. The hotel breakfast was also really wonderful. There were so many items to choose from, and it was definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and book a room here!
