The Skybridge Seattle Airport Hotel is located near the airport and offers convenient access for travelers. However, recent reviews reveal a mixed experience, with some praising the staff and location, while others report issues with dated room conditions, inconsistent shuttle service, and a lack of Marriott brand standards during its rebranding process.

I stay in this hotel every time I have an early flight out of SeaTac. I'm giving it 2 stars in the hope that it will get the attention of Marriott and they'll do something about the quality of the rooms. The location is about the best you can get for walking access to the airport but the rooms need updating. The furniture was good quality at one time but is now dated, chipped, scratched, and dirty. I recommend bringing slippers of some kind to avoid contact with the carpet as much as possible. The couches look like they were just dragged in off the street. The price per night is far too high for the quality level but I pay it for the close airport access. I hope things will improve soon.

This is a block from the sky bride so you can walk to the airport if needed. The shuttle takes 15 minutes to get to the airport and runs every 30 minutes I was told. The restaurant/bar was very nice. Staff was very friendly. The room was a little small but ok because I am only staying one night to catch a early morning flight.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The location was very convenient, and the airport shuttle service was excellent. I also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. However, the security deposit of USD 49 has not yet been refunded to my card. Could you please check this matter and process the refund? I don’t understand why only this hotel, where I stayed last, has not been canceled. All the other hotels I stayed at have already completed the cancellation. Please send me the receipt for the processed cancellation Thank you for your assistance.

Bait and switch Confirmed a king - got two queens. The name is bait-and-switch. The hotel is NOT connected to the airport. And, the skybridge is closed. Shuttle wait is about 10 minutes, so not too bad. Just wish they were competent and honest. Staff is fine. Leadership is accountable for the poor experience. It’s recommend you stay somewhere else.

Our shuttle arrived packed from the airport, and there was exactly one person working the front desk. Just one. It felt like the opening scene of a sitcom where everyone is tired, hungry, and carrying too much luggage. But then — plot twist — the European gentleman at the desk (Lucio? Luciano? A legend either way) handled the chaos like a seasoned diplomat. Calm, kind, professional… and he even upgraded me to a very lovely room. Truly, if there was an award for “Keeping It Together While Everyone Stares at You,” he deserves it. But thanks to Luciano’s hospitality, the stay started off sweet — even if the electronics decided to have their own personality.

Overall, I had a lovely stay. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and offers both breakfast and dinner in their restaurant. Just note that breakfast is not included and is charged separately. The rooms are comfortable, though there are no microwaves provided. A special mention goes to Lucian, who was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. He upgraded me to a wonderful room and made sure I felt completely settled in. His friendliness truly added a personal touch to my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Skybridge Hotel. The updated rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond—especially letting us check in early, which was a lifesaver with a toddler. The airport shuttle was fast and reliable, and the driver was cheerful even at 6 a.m. They offer a happy hour, which is a nice touch, though $8 for a beer felt more like full price than happy. The TV felt a bit small for the size of the room, and the toiletries were limited to tiny musk-scented soaps and shampoos. We didn’t get to try the restaurant, but the menu looked great. Overall, a high 4-star experience—family-friendly, smooth, and well-run.

Called at 11:12 for the shuttle while waiting at location 1D n the driver said he will be there in a few minutes. Called again at 11:27 n he said the same thing. Saw Marriott, Courtyard, Alof, n Four Points shuttles have gone by twice. Ready to take Uber instead of fantom waiting as we were tired from a long day of travel. Brought up Uber app n about to commit n the shuttle is finally here at 11:34. 22 minutes! N then the luggage storage needs to be stored in the back of the shuttle with a padlock! I think the only time I saw that was at South Korea shuttle. Loaded our luggage myself n said thank you n got no response. Got to the hotel after about 10 minutes ride from SeaTac. Said thank you to the shuttle driver n got no response! Unloaded our luggage n said thank you n got no response. Went inside to the lobby to check in. Extremely friendly CSR not. No smile or welcome! Asked if any perks for being titanium elite members n was rudely told NO. Room is tiny n bathroom is even smaller than hotel in HK! See my video!!! My wife's comment was that is it legal to have such a tiny bathroom!? N there is no closet in the room! Open hangers by the entrance area!! Shocking this is a hotel in the Marriott Bonvoy chain. Even motel six has bigger bathroom n real closet! I think I deserve a refund being a titanium elite member! Will never stay here again period!!!

Very easy to get to, rooms were nice, gym was very vice! The food was kinda pricey tasted good, lamb burger and sweet potato fries was 26 bucks. I ordered it med rare and it was pretty much raw, the staff fixed it no issue. Room doors opening and closing were loud.

So the hotel is undergoing renovations and in the process of rebranding itself as a Marriott property. We've stayed here twice and this may be our last time. The rooms are decent and we weren't bothered by any renovation noise. Most of the staff were friendly and polite. However don't expect to feel valued as a Marriott member here. We're entitled to an upgrade and a 2pm checkout, all based on availability of course. There was no upgrade offered and I didn't ask for one either. The next day, we were going to checkout at 12pm to catch our flight but flight got delayed by 40min so I called front desk at noon as a courtesy to let them know that we'll be checking out at 12.30pm. The lady at front desk told me that checkout was at 11am and she can't give me a late checkout. I told her I was entitled to checkout at 2pm. She said it was based on availability and there are many late checkouts today. Fact is that had I not bothered to call them, and simply checked out at 12.30pm, I doubt anyone would've called us or chased us out. When I pointed this out to her, she said, "OK! Enjoy your half hour then!" And she slammed the phone down before I could even say bye. I found this so incredibly unprofessional. Gonna wait for the full rebranding before we consider coming back.
