My boyfriend literally only got us this hotel because their website advertises how they have a pool and a hot tub. They do not. Why are they not telling people on their website that they remove that pool a year ago! So you're paying for access for a pool that they don't even have and they're still lying on their website that they do have. We would have went somewhere else that actually had a pool and most waste all the money we paid to stay here. I hope the owners know you made my 7-year-old son cry because all he wanted to do was go to a pool after we go see my mom in the hospital, who almost died. We came all the way from Arizona to stay in your hotel who lied to us. You seriously need to change your website because you are falsely advertising you have a pool and I'm pretty sure that's not legal because that's false advertisement and they have laws against that! First time at a Hampton hotel and honestly I will skip over choosing this brand of hotel since they're okay with lying to the public to get them to spend money on something that's not even available to you even though you advertise it. Also the next two days we're going to be woken up by fire alarms going off because they have to do some inspection with the fire alarms at this time. Very bad first impression for this chain of hotel. Shame on you Hampton by Hilton. I'm pretty sure false advertisement is illegal and you guys are absolutely falsely advertising you have a pool still.
My husband and I could not say better things about this place. After a long couple days of traveling troubles we arrived and our entire trip took a 180 for the better. We were treated so well and the staff even texts you if you need anything! Great location and check out is at 12pm which really allowed us time to sleep and recover.
The location is very close to the airport. They provide free shuttle service. The customers service is excellent. Cameron greeted me with a big smile. Excellent in service . The room is clean and spacious. Definitely recommend people to stay here.
The rooms were clean and well maintained, exactly what you expect from a chain hotel. The service was good; all the staff were very nice and helpful. Access to the hotel was a little difficult due to the busy cross street.
We stayed here the night before taking a flight from SeaTac. The staff was very cordial and helped us with all the luggage for international travel. They helped coordinate the free shuttle from the hotel to the airport. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very ordinary - as expected, bland/ boring: typical continental menu. Would definitely stay here again.
When you're on the road alot and stay at so many places that you sometimes forget where you're waking up in the morning, you can sometimes forget that some people do really know how to do it, right .. and that some people don't even meet the standard. This is one of those locations, that reminds you of everything you hope for in a quick convenient hotel stay .. and that reminds you that even corporate restaurants and hotels, can shine with their own personality. From the late night host, who signed us in with warmth and a smile at 12:15am .. to the lovely staff who kept the breakfast buffet loaded with hot and fresh offerings, and who couldn't do enough for anyone who had a question or needed something they couldn't find .. this is a location that will have me coming back, time and time again when I'm in the area. It may be a small cog in the Hilton corporation, but this particular Hampton Inn shines brightly in all the right ways! Great job guys!!
Had a late night flight into Seattle and checked in here. They were able to pick me up despite the odd arrival time, shuttle driver was super nice. Very easy and friendly check in process. Room was super clean and fresh smelling. I was able to get some good rest after traveling. My favorite was the morning breakfast though. Lots of good options to pick from and it tasted delicious! Everything was constantly being replenished despite lots of people. Shuttle left every 30 minutes to return to the airport.
I must say this place exceeded my expectations. Staff is incredibly friendly and when I complimented the cleanliness of the place, the staff deferred my praise to their “amazing housekeeping staff” which I thought was kind of them to say. Good teams speak well about each other! The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was absolutely spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Low hallway noise at night. Expect some plane noises; best to bring some earplugs if you’re worried about it, but it’s not bad without them. Coffee available in the lobby (they had like 4-5 kinds!) and tons of clean, nice seating areas. They actually have a lobby/seating area you’d actually want to hang out in. Heard great things about the breakfast but didn’t get a chance to try it. Location was just fine. Easy access to the freeway and the area seemed safe and relaxed. Easy parking and easy Uber/Lyft pickup in the front. My photo is their inner courtyard, which had ample parking and a nifty little solo spot I took advantage of. Thank you again for hosting us!
I was very impressed by this hotel. The customer service in the hotel lobby from my initial phone call to the cleanliness of the rooms, the accommodations for disabled customers in the room. The breakfast was great early shortly after 5am but later during breakfast hours items were not restocked so selections were limited. We stayed here as there is a shuttle to seatac airport. Unfortunately the shuttle that takes you does not accommodate handicap customers. No wheelchair access or the shuttle does not lower to accommodate mobility devices. To note, the shuttle does not drop you off right in front of the departure area or pickup area. You are dropped off on a lower level on a curbside. You have to cross over traffic. Go up an escalator or elevator and take the skybridge over the actual airport itself to check in or from baggage claim. As far as I know this is for all shuttles from parking lots or hotels. When I was trying to get the shuttle back to the hotel after helping my elderly parents I had to wait over 45 minutes in the freezing cold for the shuttle. I had called several times. I was aware that the shuttle usually comes every half hour. I called at 7:20 from the shuttle pick up area at the airport courtesy phone and I know that the shuttle picks up customers from the hotel at 7:30 so they drove right past me at the airport between 7:30 and 8am.
Absolutely fantastic experience! I was traveling with my 7 year old daughter and we got in later in the evening after a long flight. Pule and Patrick at the front desk could not have been more kind, welcoming and helpful - thanks so much to them both!! The next morning, shuttle driver Michael went the extra mile with so much kindness and care. My parents, who have health and mobility challenges, were flying in the next day. Thanks to Michael they were not waiting long before my daughter and I could meet them at the airport in a rental car. It is this level of kindness and service that really set this hotel apart for me. Also our room was nice, modern, clean as can be, and free breakfast bar rocked. Highly recommend!!
