Sleep Inn - SeaTac Airport offers convenient and budget-friendly accommodations near the airport, with decent room quality and a complimentary shuttle service. However, some guests have reported inconsistent housekeeping, a less-than-stellar breakfast selection, and a somewhat dated overall feel.
Stayed here a few times. The rooms are very nice. And with a discount, it's one of the best hotels in the area. The location is super convenient. My only negative thing is the staff aren't very friendly. And they force the maids to clean no matter what every three days. That would be fine if you could give them specific times to clean, but house keeping only operates at certain times. I work from late night until early morning before house keeping gets to cleaning. Meaning I either have to sacrifice a bunch of sleep to let them in to clean or I have to sleep, potentially miss the cleaners, then they will slip a note under the telling you to let them clean or get out. I understand why they are so insistent about cleaning, because the rooms are very nice. But it is pretty inconvenient sometimes, and staff will be kinda almost hostile about it. All in all, I would recommend though. The rooms and the location more than make up for the inconvenient forced cleaning times.
I’ve become a frequent guest here recently with my bf, and I wanted to share how much I appreciate the hospitality. The team is fantastic, but Ms. Monika deserves a special shout-out. She is incredibly sweet and consistently goes out of her way to make us feel welcome. She is a true asset to your front-of-house team! Ur the best girl!! Breakfast was simple got all u needed . Toast. Waffles . Sausages . Egg wish there will be bacon tho ? except that the Tv Is a bit small but otherwise it is perfect.
I really like the cleanliness in this hotel. Spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Walk in, super wide shower, nice toilet, wide bathroom counters with hair dryer. My room was on the 3rd floor with quiet neighbors. Couldn't hear planes which was great. Shuttle service was quick and on time. Do yourself a favor and do not leave any food out, it will attract ants. I accidentally left a napkin out on the desk and the next morning ants were on it. Very glad I didn't leave my bun in a paper bag out. Overall, I would probably stay here again.
One booking, this hotel was the cheapest option, that’s mainly why I chose it. Other reasons included plenty of free parking and included breakfast, it seemed like a good value. LOCATION It’s about 30 minutes to just about anywhere in downtown Seattle, not much traffic this way. The hotel and Denny’s diner share a parking lot, so you have a food option nearby. There’s absolutely nothing to do around here and nowhere to walk. Seems very empty and dark, so I didn’t venture out of the hotel on my own after dark. PARKING There is a moderate-sized lot right in front of the hotel. It fills up by about 7-8 PM, but they still have parking available a little further from the entrance (upper level). Check the map to make sure you’re not parking at Denny’s, there is zero tolerance and your car might be towed. BREAKFAST FOOD I didn’t expect much, but the food was actually decent considering it’s free. They have two kinds of bread, jam and butter, plain and flavored oatmeal, one kind of fresh fruit, breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs, muffins, yogurt, and waffle batter so you can make yourself fresh waffles. Coffee, tea, and hot water available all the time. AMENITIEs Once I realized that I cannot just walk around in the evening, I wanted to check out the gym. Well, it’s the size of a bathroom, has three machines and gets really hot really quick. I experienced issues with the treadmill, had to figure out how to plug it in differently, so it works. They have a separate key for the gym, it stopped working after the second day and they didn’t bother to go ask about another one. ROOM THE ROOM WAS ALL RIGHT. CLEAN AND TIDY, BUT HAD A WEIRD SMELL, NOT SURE IF IT’S FROM THE OLD CARPETING OR CLEANING SUPPLIES, BUT IT HITS REALLY STRONG ONCE YOU ENTER AFTER BEING ABSENT FOR A WHILE. I PAID EXTRA EIGHT DOLLARS TO HAVE A MICROWAVE AND THE REFRIGERATOR AND BOTH WERE FUNCTIONAL AND REALLY USEFUL DURING MY TRIP. THERE’S A TV, AN IRON AND LOTS OF OUTLETS THAT ARE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED. VERY BASIC TOILETRIES, SUCH AS SHAMPOO, CONDITIONERS, AND SOAP. SERVICE First night I checked in late, around 8 PM. The hotel agent (Yen?) was incredibly friendly, helpful and did everything he could to set me up for the best experience. He was the one who gave me a gym key card, he was also kind enough to lend me his bottle opener for the wine that I brought with me. Other people at the front desk were borderline rude. overall, I think I got a great value out of this and will probably stay with them again.
If 10 STARS was an option, then Sleep Inn Sea Tac would get our 10 ?????????? Vote! The staff...I mean ALL OF THE STAFF we've interacted with have been incredibly kind, hospitality, approachable, welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive and on point overall ? The building looks modern, appears to be fairly new construction, the grounds are clean and kept, the parking lot feels secure (well lit overhead lights along with a flashing security light to make any theif think twice). The lobby has a cozy sitting area, in addition to a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations throughout the lobby and hallways. Our "stay" consisted of three separate stays in three different rooms on the second and third floors (four floors total). -The first week of December 2025. -Christmas eve thru the 1st. -Now back again the second week of 2026. Our experience just keeps getting better because they are consistent with their service and every time we see or experience another "kudos"...which is the reason for this rating. I'm usually not one to take the time to actually "rate" a business, but this Hotel and our experience here has inspired me to rate this place any easy 5 stars (the highest it allows) and also gives us the opportunity to express our appreciation publicly 1) to let people know this place is EXCEPTIONAL and the price is pretty darn great as well. 2) big shout out to the staff...just giving credit where credit is due ???? ...oh, they have hot Breakfast every morning and fresh coffee 24/7! Thanks Sleep Inn at Seatac! -Anthony & Ashley
It was an overall good experience. The staff checked me in stroke conversations and humor out of it. The hotel is not of highest quality, as somewhat outdated but it is comfortable. The room was overall clean and without any obvious stains on any sheets and towels. The AC unit does need more cleaning to rid of dusts. Breakfast offered was not the best I had but I really liked their dairy-free yogurt option!!! I would not find another hotel, offering dairy-free! Yet, the dining space is small and narrow. The fitness room is not open to public - I did not ask for access to my card since only a short stay. They offer complimentary free shuttle service to airport! Reach out to front desk for it. I took it and really appreciated the driver in very early morning, like at 4am!!! Do recommend tipping the driver if it is so early, since transportation is not so convenient in Seattle. The hotel is away from major attractions. The pro for it is close to airport and affordable. Give it three thoughts before booking.
My room is comfortable and clean I was able to get extra towels When I needed. The only suggestion I have with Breakfast is instead of two different meat options you do some potatoes I am a vegetarian and there was not much to offer for me.... they did have scrambled eggs and two types of sausages but it would have been awesome if they just did one type of sausage and had some hash browns or breakfast potatoes Then it really would have made for a good breakfast ... otherwise there was Muffins and toast and yogurt and cereal And a waffle maker And juice and coffee
Better than expected, especially for a budget hotel. The shuttle driver was awesome, with quick pick up, very friendly and engaging. The check in girl friendly, held my luggage so that I could go explore, and made check in smooth. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast was standard budget hotel free breakfast, it was clean and ample food. Would have liked a bagel, but hey it was free and can't complain. Great stay and would recommend Sleep Inn to anyone needing a stay close to the airport! 4.5 stars
Joreil at the front desk was incredibly helpful and pleasant. He was the only person working when we checked in on Sunday night, but he still went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His patience, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly made our check-in experience smooth and welcoming. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about guests the way he does. Thank you, Joreil, for making our stay start off on such a positive note!
This hotel provides an excellent value and is well-managed. Service was exceptional: Laura was professional, patient, kind, fun, and helpful. Danh was extremely customer-focused, thoughtful, helpful, kind, and provided fast (even proactive) service. Rooms were a bit small, but clean and comfortable. The walk-in shower was good-sized. The breakfast and lobby areas were small but cozy. The Only drawback was our room's air quality; Management should consider new filters, cleaning, or emplace new systems. Our room smelled a bit funny.
