After getting completely stuck at the airport at 3 AM because of airline issues, we ended up at the Hilton near the airport and it turned into the best possible outcome for a stressful situation. MAY at the front desk was absolutely incredible. She was so kind, patient, and accommodating when we arrived exhausted and frustrated. Traveling with kids in the middle of the night is not easy, and she immediately made us feel welcome and taken care of. She went out of her way to help us get settled quickly and made a really stressful moment so much easier for our family. Customer service like that is rare these days. We are extremely grateful for her help and the hospitality we received. Thank you, May, for turning a rough night into something manageable for our family. We truly appreciate it.

Our team had an excellent experience at Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport during our recent soccer tournament weekend. Traveling with a large group can be hectic, but everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating, making both players and parents feel welcome. The hotel was especially supportive of our team, providing space for the girls to connect between games and allowing parents to gather in the evenings. It truly enhanced the overall tournament experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for future events.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport while attending a soccer tournament with our girls’ team. As this was our first tournament trip together as a team, we weren’t sure what to expect, but the hotel truly went above and beyond to make the experience special for everyone. Because we were a large group, I coordinated our booking through Karen Bowles, the Director of Sales. She was incredibly responsive, organized, and accommodating, ensuring we had the right mix of rooms to suit our team’s needs. Her attention to detail made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every single staff member - from the shuttle driver to the front desk team, restaurant staff, and housekeeping - was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You could tell they cared about making our stay a positive experience. The hotel was especially accommodating to our group dynamic. The parents appreciated being able to gather in the lobby bar area in the evenings, and the staff was flexible and gracious in allowing us to continue enjoying the space even after the bar and restaurant had closed. They also provided a private room for team meetings and a dedicated space where the girls could eat and spend time together between games, which made a huge difference for team bonding. Overall, this hotel played a big part in making our tournament weekend such a success. I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport to any team or group travelling to the Tukwila area, and we will absolutely stay here again for future tournaments.

The service at this property is 10/10 from EVERYONE immediately upon arrival. All staff, front desk, manager, house keeping, kitchen, bar, shuttle go above and beyond - it’s so very good! Clean well appointed rooms, gym, pool, parkade and large common areas, bars/restaurant meets all expectations. This place is truly a gem, and by far the most welcoming I’ve been. Well done, ??

Hilton Garden Inn SeaTac Airport is a fantastic option for anyone flying in or out of SEA, and I’d absolutely stay here again. The hotel feels very new, is spotlessly clean, and has a modern, comfortable vibe throughout. Check-in was seamless using the Hilton Honors app, and I loved that I could check in online and then simply text the hotel when I arrived at the airport to request the shuttle. The shuttle pickup was easy, and once at the hotel I was able to sign up for the shuttle the next morning, which made my departure day completely stress-free. The room itself was spacious and very clean, with a super comfortable bed and plenty of room to spread out. The bathroom was great, and the lighted mirror was a standout feature—bright and perfect for getting ready, especially for early flights. I also appreciated how quiet the room was given the proximity to the airport. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, which really added to the experience. Around the property there are lots of outlets and work-friendly spots, which is perfect if you’re traveling on business or need to get some work done. There appears to be meeting space as well if you’re looking to gather with a group. They also have a pool and LARGE fitness center. The large market area in the lobby is well stocked with snacks and sundries, which is very convenient for late arrivals or early departures. Overall, this is an excellent hotel for pre- or post-travel stays at SeaTac. Between the convenient shuttle setup, comfortable and modern rooms, and genuinely nice staff, I would highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn SeaTac Airport.

The two gals, Clarissa and Vidi, waitresses in the cafe gave me such wonderful and warm services. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They made my dining experience a 10++. So very kind and helpful while trying to navigate Seattle. Thank you ladies!!! You made my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend the Cafe and these two gals. Plus the concierge was wonderful also. I didnt catch her name, but she was very sweet and helpful also

You really get the measure of a business's true quality by the way they respond when things go wrong, and I really have to give props to this Hilton Garden Inn's management team for going out of their way to make things right for me during my recent stay. There are times when mishaps happen (as they did during my stay), but both the day manager the next morning and the General Manager when she returned from a business trip the day after I had checked out called me to apologize for the misunderstanding, and the GM kindly issued me a credit to correct the problem. It was clear from her sincerity and care for my experience that she and her staff are true hoteliers who love and believe in good hospitality at their property. I really appreciated that personal touch and feel comfortable coming to stay here again based on their response. The rooms themselves are a little dim for my liking, but really immaculately clean and upkept, with overall comfortable and serviceable furniture and a truly impressive air circulation/filtration system. I had accidentally booked into a handicap accessible room and I can attest that this 2-queen room bedroom is absolutely cavernous in size and seemed fully able to accommodate a guest in a wheelchair very comfortably and spaciously. The on-site restaurant was absolutely delicious, by the way -- highly recommended. The only things I don't love about the hotel are the somewhat bug spray-smelling elevators and the location, which is a bit far to walk to anything/doesn't have any shopping, etc, outside its premises and isn't in the nicest area. I once on a previous stay saw a car hovering in the dark alley leading to the parking garage hoping someone would buzz them in with their room key. I called the front desk instead using the buzzer kiosk's call button (it worked!) and reported the car, which realized what I was doing and quickly drove off. Not sure if any bad actors have succeeded in getting in and burglarizing the secured underground parking, but it seems the area is iffy enough that someone appeared to be trying to do so that night. Aside from that, very comfortable space/lobby, clean and immaculately upkept hotel and rooms, and good value. Parking is expensive though -- about $28 per night after taxes.

Beautiful property. Great awesome staff. Jenny Scott received us in front desk, great welcoming pleasant attitude. May was in contact via text, making sure everything was OK with our stay. If not, we could teach out to her thru text as well. AND Billing Dept. Karen was great in handling my bill. I've stayed 4 times here. I'd stay again and bring my family to experience this elegant property.

We stayed here 1 night for a early morning flight. Great spacious and clean rooms, we had a light dinner at the restaurant which was amazing and enjoyed the warm indoor pool. Be sure to book the shuttle when you check in! We had to get an earlier one because the one we wanted was full. Purpose built hotel that just works seamlessly

Good, convenient location if you are flying out of Sea-Tac airport. Warm and inviting lobby with a restaurant at one end. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Safe and clean bathrooms, well lit. Shower had grab bar and non slippery floor! We had breakfast the morning of 04 NOV 2025. I was amazed at the friendliness, efficiency and quick service of the seemingly elderly waitress who served us. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. Parking was a tad expensive!! Overall, a good and comfortable stay.
