My husband booked this hotel for our children to swim and us to relax in the hot tub, had we know that neither were in working order we would have never booked here, as we are local and had no need for a place to stay. When talking to the front desk about this, she(Lindsey) was very rude and cut me off regarding the situation. She said it’s posted on the websites, but no it’s not on the main page. In order to know that the pool and hot tub were not working you would have to look through the whole website. It should state that in the beginning. We typically like to book with Embassy suites in Portland, which is always a great experience. But we will never again book for the tukwila location. Another disappointment was typically we like to connect to our Netflix account for movies but apparently, at this location, that is not an option and instead would need to pay to watch some decent movies. Had to pay for parking unlike the Portand location. I’m only giving 2 stars due to the rooms being decent and clean and the free adult beverages included. Also cleaning stuff was friendly. All in all, a waste of money and time for our “staycation” with the kiddos.

I stayed at this hotel for my son’s soccer tournament. Our group alone had at least 30 people, and with the other teams staying there, there were easily over 100 guests. We booked months in advance, so it was extremely frustrating to receive an email just two days before arrival saying the hotel was under construction. When we arrived, we found out the entire hotel was operating with only one elevator. With that many families and teams constantly moving around, the wait times were ridiculous. The pool was also not working, which was another big disappointment, especially with so many kids staying there. Basically, the only things available were sleeping in the room and eating breakfast, which was okay but nothing special. The hotel offered a $15 food voucher per room as compensation, which honestly felt like a joke. Each room had at least two or three people, and $15 does not go far at all. If you bought something small like a $2 coffee, you lost the remaining balance. You could not even properly use the voucher toward a full meal. Considering we were paying $215 per night, this was very poor compensation. To make things worse, the staff at the front desk and the bar were not friendly or welcoming. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I will not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it, especially for large groups or team events.

The rooms are spacious, i was super shocked with how much space! i struggle with this review for very good reason! Its a huge hotel, 8 floors high, they have 3 elevators, only 1 worked! We spent alot of time waiting for it in our 2 day stay! Normally im a stairs kinda person, unfortunately my dog is not, hes a little guy, hes getting old & can't see much, so stairs are not his best friend. The stairs were confusing all together lol Perk: They offer a huge breakfast for those of you that like that kinda stuff, they will cook your omelet in front of you! The have an in house restaurant! I didn't go try it, but its worth mentioning! The beds are very comfortable, but also very small! My husband and i had to do separate beds the last night of our visit, we found the first night tough! Id say a bit larger than a twin, no bigger than a full! The couch has a pull out bed, We'll ours was broken but im sure there are some that work. The hot tub does not work, it is taped off with caution tape, the pool heater is broken so the pool is ice cold! Unless your into the whole polar plunge thing lol Theres alot to unpack on this visit review! For what we spent, ill just have to chalk it up as vacation adventures lol we love doing things sporadically, this was a good opportunity to try something new, we did that, it was fun but good lessons learned! I will add, i did feel comfortable and safe, that's a huge one! Unfortunately, if a fire broke out, i fear the mass panic of not knowing which stair-wells leads to safety could cause a bigger problem!

Hotel under renovation. Check to see all amenities are still included because it's in the fine print on their website not at booking sites. Pool and hot tub not available. For a family of 5 that was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. While the main plaza area looks sleek it's not heated well, so bundle up. Their "reception" was one of the saddest of several Hilton hotels I've been to. Seahawks game night to duke it out for a chance at the Superbowl.... veggies, dip and trail mix ...that's it. We were paying for a bigger two bedroom suit...not cheap and got very little in hospitality. People were all friendly but the service that's known to be of Hiltons was severely lacking. I would not stay here again with so many others to choose from. Positives - 24 hr shuttle ride, walkable to south center, comfortable beds NOTE: (edited 1/30/26) they charge you $18 for the shuttle to the airport!!! It is not apparently included, of course they don't tell you that when you schedule one. We just reviewed our bill. Honestly one of the worst Hiltons we've ever stayed at in terms of hospitality.

I had an excellent three-day stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle and was extremely satisfied with the experience. Every member of the service team I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. The shuttle service was a major plus and incredibly convenient for getting around the area. What truly stood out, however, was the warm, made-to-order breakfast. It exceeded expectations and was a wonderful way to start each morning—much better than the standard hotel breakfast experience. Overall, this hotel delivered outstanding service, comfort, and value. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Lindsay was a sweet heart loved her accent and her customer service she deserves some sort of bonus! She wasnt just there to work it was like speaking to a friend! We came for a early anniversary trip and she helped us figure out places to visit and even guides us with the customer service number to settle out a charge with the reservation side in which was settled thank goodness. We stayed 2 night and complimentary breakfast amazing so much variety and the hotel and room was clean we stayed in room 726 and it was nice and the workers were so nice too! Would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I stayed 11/23 for one night. At 9am a man entered our room, no knock, no announcement. My husband ran to the door to ask what the man was doing. He said, "housekeeping". My husband asked why he didn't knock and the man didn't say anything. He just stood in our room. My husband had to ask repeatedly for him to get out, and he still kept standing in our room. My husband had to walk toward him and yelled multiple times before the man finally backed out the door. When we called the front desk they transferred us to the manager. The manager apologized and said she would discuss this with housekeeping. That's it. This hotel seriously lacks respect to occupants privacy and has people working who don't speak english well enough to know the words "get out".

Disappointing experience. The pool was closed from 5-7 on Saturday night for chemical treatment. Insufficient signage let to a scary experience. Then when it was open again, the heater is broken and water is ice cold!!! Do not stay there. It smells bad and isn't being taken care of. The water filter needs to be changed at the filling station also. I can't say enough to warn you, the welcome reception and breakfast aren't worth it.

This hotel looks like it once was an amazing place, but it seems to have been let go. The rooms and common space could be awesome, again, if a little effort was put into it. As it stands, the clerk who checked us in was great and the shuttle driver in the morning was nice, however the evening shuttle driver smelled strongly of Marijuana, and the morning clerk was pretty indifferent, and the room just wasn't clean. It had obviously been attempted but there was hair everywhere. So, if they did a reno and upped their cleanliness standards, I'd stay again, but until then - it's a pass.

We had a wedding block at Embassy Suites and our whole experience was incredible. From the moment we got in contact with our sales rep, Noe, all our questions and requests were handled in a timely manner with superior customer service. We had most of our out of town guests stay at this hotel and it was the perfect place for us all to gather. The atrium in the lobby had plenty of seating for us all to hang out when we wanted and the daily breakfast and receptions were wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a farewell breakfast for 70 guests and the food was delicious and the event went so smoothly. I am so grateful for everyone at the Embassy for all they did to help our wedding weekend go perfectly.
