3 months agoVery disappointed for a courtyard Marriott. No complimentary coffee available. No continental breakfast. No microwave. Sink fills with water and no fan in the bathroom. No safe for valuables. No double sink. Very much a 2 to 2.5 rating. Take it from me a guy that always stays at the Courtyard Marriott hotels as much as I can when travelling. Just not up to standard with the others. Felt more like a motel experience. Truly disappointed…

4 months agoFALSE ADVERTISING. Despite the photos there is NO hot tub or pool, which is the main reason I booked this place. I called corporate to ask for a discount or move to another Marriott and was told to just get another hotel with no compensation, AKA pay twice for false advertising. Max price for mimimum amenities. The AC also kept shutting off all night even though they sent someone to "fix" it. Absolutely disappointing. You're better off at a Motel 6!!!!

5 months agoA great hotel, in a great location - walking distance from Southcenter Mall and other stores and eateries. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast menu had several options but was somewhat limited for a vegetarian/vegan diet. There is plenty of parking too.

7 months agoI liked this hotel. I stayed for about 6 nights. Employees are very kind. They have a laundry service that costs $4. It would be a place a would come back. And it is very near the airport.

8 months agoClean rooms seems pricey but everything in that area is overpriced. Great location easy to find easy to get around and great hotel to airport shuttle. Just be aware that when they say breakfast is available between certain hours they mean for you to purchase a breakfast.

9 months agoGood things: Front desk staff is very nice and polite. Room cleaners are quick and are mindful to get in your room when you're out. OK things: Location is really close to the mall and tons of food. But also there are unhoused people walking down the sidewalks. They never bothered me more than asking for change. Bad things: This is a bare bones hotel. There is no free breakfast. The suites don't have kitchenettes. There are only two listed amenities that I saw, the gym and the on-site laundry - and the only one I needed (laundry) was broken. There was no solution for this from the front desk (and no laundromat within walking distance), so I spent my Sunday hand washing my clothes in the sink :( These rooms desperately need a deep clean and the furniture needs to be replaced. The pull out couch had large and multiple dirt (I hope) stains and the corner was torn with cushion poking out. There is also SO MUCH HAIR. I have been pulling off black and grey long hair (I have short hair) off my clothes all trip. And I see it on the shower floor when I'm done showering every time. Ugh.

9 months agoThe rooms are nice and comfortable bed. The main complaint is there isn't complimentary coffee. You have to buy it from the bistro at $5 for a small cup. I've never seen a hotel not have complimentary coffee in the lobby. Needless to say, there was no complimentary breakfast either. I really shouldn't have to pay $12 for 2 small cups of coffee. When I asked they let me know there's coffee in the room but as everyone knows, that coffee is nasty.

11 months agoGreat functional hotel. House keeping always came as soon as I called for them and they even offered to change my sheets as we had a fairly long stay. Rooms are newer and feel modern and each room has a balcony and fridge. Nice place to stay when you’re in town for work.

over 1 year agoThe most valuable thing that a business has is their staff and this hotel understands it at 101%. Besides beautiful infrastructure, nice and tidy rooms the service is outstanding. Recommended!

over 1 year agoI recently stay in the hotel for a couple days. The location and room are very good. The service people are nice. But the person at the front desk are not familiar with the process of check in. They over charged me for some fees. Also the Marriott credit card automatically put some fees that should not be charged.
