Guests report inconsistent experiences, primarily centered around staff rudeness and communication failures, particularly during late check-ins. While some praise the convenient location and clean, renovated rooms, several reviews cite issues like bed bugs, malfunctioning amenities, and noisy pool features. Recent reviews highlight a decline in customer service compared to previous stays.

My family had reserved the room in advance and even called the hotel beforehand to explain that we would be arriving between 1–3 AM after our wedding celebration. They were assured there would be no problem with the late check-in. However, when we arrived — exhausted and still in our wedding attire — we were met with a very rude and unprofessional staff member who told us we could not check in and had to wait three more hours. As a bride on her wedding night, this was heartbreaking. Instead of feeling welcomed and celebrated, we felt embarrassed, stressed, and completely disregarded. It was supposed to be a beautiful and memorable night for us, but the way we were treated left a very negative impression. What made it worse was the lack of accountability afterward. When my family spoke to the supervisor the next morning, she was not helpful and refused to provide the name of the employee who treated us so poorly. That level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for such an important occasion. I truly hope this hotel improves its communication and trains its staff to treat guests with respect and professionalism. No bride and groom should experience this on their wedding night. Just to add Nigeria was the trainee she was at least professional and polite but the other staff member which had not her name tag on, and not provided her name was very unprofessional and rude.

I reserved this hotel for my cousins for their wedding night. When I booked the room, it showed the check-in time was 4 PM. To make sure everything would go smoothly, I called the hotel directly and spoke with someone named Nigeria. I explained that my guests were newlyweds and that we would be arriving between 1–3 AM for check-in. She assured me, “I got you, no problem.” However, when we arrived at the hotel with the bride and groom, we were treated very differently. Another staff member, not Nigeria, spoke to us with a very rude and unprofessional attitude and told us we could not check in and had to wait three more hours. It was extremely disappointing, especially considering this was their wedding night. After being promised there would be no issue, we were left standing there in the middle of the night. This experience caused unnecessary stress on what was supposed to be a very special and memorable occasion. The next morning after their stay, I spoke with the supervisor to address the situation. Unfortunately, she was not very helpful either. She refused to provide me with the name of the staff member who treated us so poorly, which makes it difficult to hold the right person accountable. Transparency and accountability are important in customer service, and this experience did not reflect that. I hope the hotel improves communication between staff members and provides better customer service in the future so other guests do not go through a similar experience. I totally don’t recommend this place because of the unprofessional staff. BIG WARNING.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We felt very safe and comfortable in the location even tho there was an area behind the hotel that looked to have some homeless presence. We had stayed here for a soccer tournament walked to the fields and also used the shuttle service for the airport, of which was both very accommodating. They were doing renovations on the hotel during our stay which was also, fine and didn’t seem to bother us. We were suppose to stay two nights and only ended up staying one night. We were able cancel our second night in time before we were charged for the second night. We decided to cancel because we didn’t sleep well the night before because there was a train that traveled by multiple times through the night. It sounded like loud construction outside our room. Also, our toilet was not working the entire time we were there . We put in a request. They would fix it. It flushed once and would not work the next time. This happed three times putting in a request and the toilet still would not work. Upon check out we had requested for a refund on the room but they would not accept the compensation.

Close to starfire facility, rooms are being renovated and updated since our last stay. Staff kind and helpful. Simple breakfast . Enjoyable pool area. We stay here for early airport departures or to pick up family. And it is pretty consistent

Had an excellent experience here, when I travelled to Seattle in Dec 2025. It has a very good location, being only minutes from the airport, is a highly affordable option, and is next to a fun center as well as a shopping mall, and variety of food, and retail. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and I found mine on the 2-floor very spacious, and considerably quiet, being that the hallway to my room was under construction. The indoor pool, and hot tub added a very nice touch to the property, and was a great place to relax or kill time when I was not busy. What makes this place truly special for me was the very kind team of staff who made the stay so enjoyable. Everyone was super friendly, and helpful whether it came to checking in, checking out, and room service, it made for a memorable vacation. I look forward to staying here again when my travels bring me back to Seattle.

We stayed here for 3 nights during Christmas holidays as a family with teens and our experience was positive. - Location was very convenient and quite - Room was clean with all amenities required for a family with teens. It was A/C, brand new sofa bed, large TV, new Microwave and etc. Mattresses were a bit hard, but we were OK with that. - Lobby was big, bright and decorated for Christmas. Fresh coffee, hot water and ice chilled water with lemon slices were always available there for free. - Staff were nice, smiling and helpful. Hallways were under renovation but it didn't bother us at all. - Breakfast was combined of hot and cold items; Waffle maker, juices dispenser, egg (boiled and scrambled), cereals, milk and etc. See my photos. Breakfast area was big with plenty tables and a patio area for summer time. Breakfast time was very convenient from 6 (or 7 at the weekend) till 10 AM. Staff making refill until the very last minutes. - Area looked safe while I believe you should be a bit careful if going to walk in the trail along Green River which is just a few min walking away. - Pool was nice and big with a decently warm hot tub. - You can buy detergent from a vending dispenser for laundry - a few vending machines were around the lobby to buy drinks and snacks - Free self parking snd plenty spot was a pros.

I didn't actually stay here but I found myself there lost after my phone died. The ladies at the front desk not only helped, something many wouldn't entertain the thought of doing for a non-customer, but went the extra mile and printed out directions to my destination. Great price for being close to the airport and way safer area then by the airport. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up for the staff alone. Thanks again.

This place, without a doubt, is perfect. It is near the freeway but not too close to hear freeway noises. Room is new due to their renovation. Decent complimentary breakfast. Welcoming staff. Light construction going on but it seems like they are almost done. Keep up the good work.

I've stayed in this hotel many times in the past and I really hate what they've done to the rooms. I was just here with my wife and this first thing we noticed when we walked into the room was it it smelled like paint. The entire room flooring is now a vinyl plank and the whole room feels very clinical, sterile and uninviting. It's been completely redone in a stark, modern style. It felt like we were checking into a hospital room. There's really nothing to set your suitcases on. Only the right side of the bed has a nightstand. So if you're on the left side, good luck with your phone, glasses etc. They took away the desk that used to be on the same wall as the TV and put in a weird desk between the couch and the bed that just juts out from the wall. The whole TV wall is just now kind of bare with a couple of outlets at desk height that serve no purpose. The TV signal was horrible, pretty much unwatchable. It would constantly go blocky and break up. The heater thermostat was nowhere near accurate and had to turn it all the way down to 65 just to make it bearable. The outlet where the heater plugged into the wall had a green light on it that was "strobing" and flashing the whole wall with green light. I had to get up and cover it up with a sock. My wife kept saying it'd be nice to have a rug in there because with all the vinyl flooring it was so echoey and loud. The acoustics were terrible. Overall a disappointment, whoever made these design choices really missed the mark.

Horrible place. Really has gone downhill. The building has been under construction for months and looks like they haven’t done anything since we last stayed. Our toilet ran all night and at times didn’t flush, the pool never had towels and we had to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes just to get towels. The pool was absolutely disgusting. The hot tub was brown and foamy, pool had huge clumps of hair and brown chunky stuff throughout the whole water. Not even swim able. My husband had to complain and then they shut down the pool. Room was ok but light shown through under door and black out blinds didn’t even shut fully so we were greeted with bright light first thing in the morning. We won’t ever stay here again. It’s cheap for a reason.
