Located conveniently near SeaTac airport with a complimentary shuttle, this property offers spacious and clean rooms along with a functional on-site restaurant. However, several recent reviews report serious concerns regarding persistent strong odors in hallways, poor air quality, and allegations of bed bugs, alongside inconsistent and often rude service from staff.
All standards here should be reevaluated. The hallways outside the room smelled strongly of smoke and cigarettes, along with other unpleasant odors that made the entire floor feel unclean and poorly maintained. For a hotel, especially near an airport, that’s unacceptable. The overall property felt neglected. Cleanliness and air quality are basic expectations, not luxuries. The worst part was discovering bed bugs. I woke up with multiple bites all over my body. That is not a small oversight, that’s a serious health and sanitation failure. No paying guest should ever have to experience that. When I raised concerns with the hotel and contacted the general manager, the issue was denied outright. There was no real effort to address it, and after a few emails, they stopped responding completely. No accountability, no follow-up, nothing. When a hotel refuses to even acknowledge a serious cleanliness complaint, that speaks volumes about their standards. If you stay here, inspect everything before you sit down, unpack, or sleep, and document it. Based on my experience, do not expect management to take responsibility. There are far better options near the airport that actually prioritize guest comfort and professionalism. Avoid the disappointment and book elsewhere.
Cheap rooms, rooms are decent and you’re getting what you pay for. Parking is good, as has a back parking lot. Although if u have guests, they have to walk all the way down & in to the front since they lock back door & you need a key card to get in. As they don’t have Any front parking that’s near the front lobby. They have 2 spots that they seem to always have their company vehicles in. But clean room, place has a lot of foot traffic, saw some people that seem to be doing/dealing drugs. Their front desk people are nice & getting a room is easy.
I got to Airport at 11:30 am and I called Ramada @ 11:45 am, the receptionist picked up the phone, and I asked for shuttle and without saying a word she hanged up on me. I continued calling for next 2 hours and once she picked up and hanged up again and then no answer at all. Finally called around 2:15 and a gentleman answered the phone and immediately he sent the shuttle. The coffee machine in the room was broken; the shower light was not working. Since I stayed for 2 nights, I asked the cleaning lady for towels and coffee, I was told to go to front office. I am very disappointed and will not stay at Ramada till there are some changes in receptionists People skills and greetings. Best, -Najib
We stayed January 2026 Staff is rude. Room floor had stains. Overcharged and given a hard time when we told them. Parking is inconvenient. Location is Close to fast food places. Walls are thin. We could hear everything. No kitchenette in the room. We are never staying again.
The lady at the front desk was honestly the highlight of this stay. Super kind, helpful, and somehow doing the job of five people at once. She gave us everything we asked for (and more), switched our room with no issue, and explained things clearly. Major shout-out to her ?? Now… the hotel itself? That’s where things get interesting. The entire place has a strong “someone definitely smokes in the hallway” kind of smell. The pool that’s proudly advertised on the website? Closed since COVID...so please don’t pack your swimsuit like we did. The bathroom looked decent at first glance, but the ceiling had visible mold. The hairdryer technically works… as long as you press the plug just right and pray. No fridge in our room (apparently not all rooms get one), but there is a safe, hangers, and an ironing board. We skipped the coffee machine, but free coffee is available. No complimentary breakfast either. Heat worked fast, which was appreciated. However, TMI...when I accidentally clogged the toilet (it happens ?), there was no plunger or even a toilet brush in the room L. You have to go downstairs to front desk for the plunger. So that was fun. Overall, don’t trust the website photos too much. You definitely get what you pay for. The staff was lovely, but personally, I wasn’t very comfortable during the stay. That said, if you’re on a tight budget and just need a place to sleep, it’s an option.
Very easy to get to from the Sea-Tac airport with a free shuttle. Just call the hotel and tell them what island you are waiting at. Rooms are spacious and modern. Clean also. There is a restaurant in the lobby that we are eating at as I type this. Very good food! Fair prices too
Extremely Unhygienic – Bed Bugs, Poor Service, and Overcharging I stayed at this hotel recently and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Wyndham property. First, I noticed multiple bites appearing on my body during the night. The pattern and timing strongly suggest possible bed bug activity. When I informed the front desk, they admitted that they had bed bug issues in 2020. Instead of offering a temporary room so I could rest for a few hours, they insisted that my son—who had an early morning flight—must be woken up to move to another room with me. The service was cold and inflexible throughout the stay. On top of that, the front desk charged more than the price shown on the Wyndham booking platform, and refused to give any explanation. The second room we were moved to had a broken toilet that I had to fix myself in the middle of the night. The constant water noises made it impossible to sleep. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained, outdated, and unhygienic. Considering the bites, the service, and the condition of the facilities, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. I hope Wyndham will seriously investigate the hygiene issues here, as well as the customer service and pricing practices. Travelers, please be aware before booking.
My wife and I stayed here after our flight was canceled, and this was one of the few hotels with rooms available near SeaTac. We booked over the phone for around $100, which was a fair price considering the circumstances. The booking and check-in process went smoothly, and the staff member at the desk was polite and helpful. The hotel itself is showing her age and could use some updates, especially in the hallways and elevators, where there was a noticeable smell of marijuana. Our room was plain but clean and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. A few lamps were missing bulbs, and the toilet was a bit loud when refilling, but those were minor issues. We didn’t use any amenities since we arrived after midnight and left before sunrise, but the airport shuttle service runs every 30 minutes, which is convenient for travelers. When we checked out early in the morning, there was no one at the front desk, but I was able to get my receipt online later. Overall, it’s not fancy, but it’s a decent place to rest if you need a quick overnight stay near the airport.
Beautiful room and very spacious and clean. The check in experience was amazing. Miss Tira at the front desk was both kind and professional. Her customer service had definitely sent the tone for our stay and just knowing that someone like her at the front desk was working gave us peace of mind that the service was going to be great as long as she was working. Thank you Tira for making are stay exciting and pleasant because of your hospitality and initial greeting and care taking care of our room and services. Your amazing!!! -Mr. Tausili
Great location with easy access to the airport. The courtesy shuttle service was very convenient and ran smoothly. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Bre, was very welcoming and polite — she made check-in quick and pleasant and went out of her way to make us feel at home. Overall, we were happy with our stay — excellent value for the price and a great choice for travelers flying in or out of the area.
