Most recent guests praise the newly remodeled atmosphere, friendly renovations staff, and convenient shuttle service, though mixed reports exist regarding room cleanliness and noise insulation.
I love your NEW LOBBY and the guest rooms that you are remodeling. Look and Smells Great! I was greated and helped by two smiling faces today, Jewel and Zorlel. Best customer service award for both of them!
I arrived at SeaTac around 8:00 PM with an early flight the next morning and didn’t have a reservation. I called the Comfort Inn and Zoriel at the front desk confirmed a vacancy, sent the shuttle, and had me checked in by about 9:30 PM. Both front desk attendants were friendly and welcoming to everyone, which really stood out. Zoriel recognized me as a Choice member without me mentioning it, making check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with nice bedding—perfect for getting rest before an early flight. I even called down to say thanks and told him I loved the room. Overall, a smooth, positive experience. I’d definitely stay here again. ?
I had a wonderful stay at comfort inn. Even though I arrived late at night (11pm), I was greeted by ZORIEL with a warm smile. He was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful . He patiently explained to me about the shuttle bus service to the light rail station, which made my travels so much easier. THANK YOU ZORIEL!! The room was clean, comfortable, and featured a huge flat-screen TV. The bed was great—I had no issues at all. Zoriel’s hard work and dedication to guest service definitely deserve to be recognized. I would definitely come back!
writing to express my frustration regarding a recent experience during my stay at your hotel When I first inquired a few days ago about whether you offer price matching, I was explicitly told that you do. However, after staying for two days, I was informed that you no longer accept price matches below a certain level or at this time. It is unacceptable to provide conflicting information after a guest has already committed to a stay based on those initial assurances. I feel this is an unfair way to treat customers and would appreciate a clarification on your policy and a resolution regarding the rate I was originally promised.
Great rooms and great service. The lady named Best is so sweet and maid sure we were taken care of. Rooms were clean and appears recently renovated. Normally stay in nicer hotels but I was very impressed with this one!! Great hotel for the money!!
Aaron at the front desk - awesome. He has a heart which is helpful and not Grinchy at Christma time. We got in very late after hanging out with our son and his wife. My brain was mush and about halfway to my room I realized I hadn't paid for parking while we were on vacation. He recognized me on my way to breakfast and made sure we got that settled so we didn’t get towed and then suggested a better parking place. Great service and positive attitude. Thank you, Aaron, for making the start and end of our trip smooth.
Not the most up to date nor best insulated in terms of sounds from the hallways to rooms and vice versa but it did the job, the room was clean enough, and the staff was professional. Picked it due to the covered and monitored parking while away and the car was completely fine when I returned. The reason for not five stars is that there were surfaces in the room which one doesn't normally touch (lamp shades) which showed some interesting stains and the air conditioner/heater unit was likely in need of a filter change/cleaning and it was also very loud as was the sounds coming from the hallways into the room through the door. Staff were professional but not what I would call 'easily approachable'. And the location is both a pro and con as being so close to the airport when traveling so early is great but it's also loud so it woke me up a few times during the night.
Service was excellent, the hotel itself was older but In good condition and well kept. Maid service was upon request which I liked because it is less interruption, lightens up on cost, and saves mother nature some unnecessary stress. Shuttle service was offered 24/7, probably because it was close to the airport, but was an added bonus. The driver's were pleasant and eager to help. Talking you anywhere you wanted to go in a timely fashion upon request. The Continental breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide array of items ranging from fresh Belgian waffles, to cold cereal with plenty of juice options, as well as milk, teas, coffee. The only problem I found with the whole experience was that our room had a hint of wet dog smell to it, which was unpleasant but bearable.
Our flight got delayed 3 times and finally Delta decided to cancel our flight after waiting 9 hours. They booked us an over night stay at comfort inn. I was just so relieved to finally but my mind and body to rest, shower and call it a day. Got to the hotel and really tried to appreciate the place (hotel) but it came to my disappointment when I called front desk to ask for hotel slippers and told me they dont have any. On top of that, the fridge and no complimentary water. Front desk directed my other half to a vending machine and instead of getting water for the both of us we only resorted to getting one since one 20oz cost $3.50 (it was already 10pm). The complimentary water dispenser/pitcher at the lobby was 1/4 full. It wasnt even iced or maybe yet its melted ice thats been sitting all half the day. The aircondition had a musky smell especially when you turned on the heater. I didn't get the restful sleep my body needed. Woke up 3am with an itchy and runny nose. Be mindful, Im not the type to have allergies even outside during pollen season. But being in the room made me feel like I was catching some kind of bug; stuffy- runny nose, itchy throat and an on-coming headache. Since I didn't bring slippers nor did the hotel have any I kept my socks on while walking around the room amd took them off when I hopped into bed. The carpet looked dusty. *haaa-chew!* I literally just sneezed. Alot of canceled flight passengers were redirected to this hotel for the night. I can only imagine if the are feeling the same way I am... close to getting a flu.
Listen !! The customer service was TRASH !!!! The location TRASH!! No parking what so ever, baby a trucker so we had to park at another hotel & take the shuttle back to where our reservations were at. The rooms were coo, clean. The bed was nice soft & clean, we check for buggies so that’s a good thing! It’s not no nice interior but it do the job if you need to sleep get up the next day and jet.
