This is the worst Hilton branded hotel I’ve ever stayed in. This property is poorly maintained and not a good value for $150 a night. The floor in the kitchenette of our room was sticky. There was food stuck to the the kitchen faucet. There were dead bugs in the bathroom light fixture. The electrical outlet didn’t work on one side of the bed. Fortunately, we only stayed one night. We stopped at the lobby for breakfast on the way out and there was no coffee and the oatmeal looked like it was left over from the previous day. When we mentioned there was no coffee at the front desk, the disaffected attendant looked at us like we had four eyes. She walked over and took the coffee pot to the back and didn’t say anything. No apology, not ETA for more coffee, just walked away. The security guard is also rude, in the way, and probably not providing any security at all. Will never stay at this hotel again. They will probably reply to this review saying our experience didn’t meet their standards. The reality is there are very low standards at this hotel.

The staff is very attentive to guests. The Chef Quetta cooked a delicious breakfast on Friday. My room was clean and ready when I arrived. This has been a pleasant stay. Thank you

THIS IS THE WORST STAY WE HAVE EVER HAD IN OUR LIVES.. On day one of our check- in at this hotel a rude and dismissive front desk clerk lied to my husband and told him no rooms were available, ONLY a minute later, I confirmed with another front desk clerk that a room was available for us. On a second occasion in our stay at this hotel, an extra loud fire alarm was triggered by someone or something in the building, and when my husband talked to the front desk clerk, she seemed to be very non caring, and informed him that she did not know when the alarm would stop. She also informed my husband that she could not check us out of the room, but would do so on the next day…..This did not make any sense to us….but we had no choice but to leave the hotel as the fire alarm continued to go off….,my blood pressure was high and my husband was in distress as well….Our ears were ringing and aching very badly, and we had to rush to move out fast. I was already feeling ill and was trying to rest…. and we were forced out by the alarm system at this hotel…My husband called the hotel the next day, and asked for a refund for the remaining 5 days, and the same rude front desk clerk told him that since he had prepaid, she could not give him a refund. Is this how Hilton brand hotels treat people who have been loyal members for years…?

Not the finest Hilton branded hotel stay. We were fortunate to get diamond upgraded to a two bedroom suite. However, past that, there wasn't anything super special about the place. For some reason, our TVs had been unplugged slightly from the back which I was able to figure out and fix. Some of the dishes were dirty. The microwave was missing the turntable glass, one room had a smoky smell to it, it looked like the kitchen may have been water damaged, the dishwasher detergent bin wouldn't latch, a sink drain was broken, and a hair dryer was broken. I wouldn't complain if the price was right, but just stay at the 28th st Hampton Inn instead and pay the parking fee.

They have been wonderful with us needing to extend our stay multiple times. We had to move out of our apartment temporarily for repairs due to a fire and the staff have been nothing but amazing. We really appreciated their kindness during this tough time.

I have stayed here a dozen times, had a few minor issues over different stays, but nothing to complain about and location was good for my large family. This time I booked a room for my family (more than a month in advance), checked in and selected a room 24 hours before arrival. By accident I discovered they moved me to a single king room less than 12 hours before my trip departure.. even though I had already checked in. Apparently the online booking system didn’t save that I had booked the room for 5 people so the hotel staff took it upon themselves to change my room without notifying me and when I called about it they told me they were overbooked and couldn’t move me back to the room I had selected/reserved and paid for! Agent was EXTREMELY RUDE and he said all they could do is comp me for 2 more king only rooms to accommodate 5 people, (4 children).. separating my young children into different rooms around the hotel! NO WAY!! I demanded a refund and it left me stranded trying to find a room last minute that could accommodate 5 people, those with larger families know that is not always an easy task when you can’t have separate rooms. Very unhappy and won’t return to Hilton hotels if they can do this! Especially this one.

Overall experience was satisfactory. Enjoyed breakfast and they have a Pool room! Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a very active railway right across the creek. Very noisy all throughout the day/night for Building B. Another issue is the bathtubs have poor drainage causing you to stand in a puddle of water.

My only issue is that they changed us to 2 separate suites, instead of my original reservation of a 2 bedroom suite. It made it challenging to take care of my 70 year old sister in law along with a sick wife. Other than that, the rooms were in great shape, very clean and I'll definitely be looking for homewood suites on future trips.

My stay at Homewood was excellent overall until my departure day. The room was clean, the breakfast was enjoyable, the Wednesday evening social was a nice touch, and the water pressure was great. I was so pleased that I mentioned to a receptionist I would rate my stay a 4 or 5 out of 5. However, on the Saturday morning of my departure, an incident at breakfast significantly impacted my positive perception. I mistakenly picked up a non-paper plate instead of the disposable ones apparently meant for guest use. The security guard, whom I believe was named Ray, reacted in a completely disproportionate and unprofessional manner. Instead of politely correcting me, he almost barked at me, stating that I had the wrong plate. I apologized immediately, pointing out that I had already touched the plate, leaving my germs all over the plate. He then made grunting sounds, shook his head, and shrugged his shoulders in a dismissive way, all of which I found unnecessary and embarrassing. What was even more concerning was his subsequent behavior. He positioned himself directly in front of the yogurt station, which is the natural exit point after getting breakfast. When I politely said, "Excuse me," and asked if I could pass, he turned his head but didn't say a word. He simply made gestures that seemed to express anger or frustration. He was wearing a mask, which, while perhaps standard protocol, made it difficult to read his intentions and felt almost like a way to avoid accountability for his actions. This interaction with Ray completely tarnished what had been a very positive experience. While I understand the need for rules and procedures, his behavior was rude, unprofessional, and created an unnecessarily negative experience for me. I alerted the staff to this incident during checkout, but I am unsure whether they will address it with the security guard or escalate it to the hotel management team. While I appreciate the positive aspects of my stay, this incident needs attention to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. My desired outcome is to ensure that no other guest experiences such unprofessional behavior and that the security guard is retrained to address such a minor issue in a proper way.

We spent three nights at this location. It was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites and there were many elements that made it an excellent stay for us. First of all, it is very close to many amenities that made it a very convenient location: Southcenter Mall, our favorite bakery 85 Degrees, the light rail is 5 minutes away with free parking, 10 minutes from the airport. Aside from it's nearness to so many amenities, it is tucked away in a private business park which makes it very quiet and calming. Our room also was very quiet and peaceful. We really did not hear our neighbors at all during our stay. The other high point for us was the breakfast service. One member of our party has IBS and special dietary needs-we thought we would need to bring our own food for her (which would have been fine with the fridge and kitchen en suite). When we went to breakfast we were happy to see that the food was Gluten-Free friendly and mostly natural options, vs. the artificial options at many hotels these days. We enjoyed overnight oats and chia pudding in oat milk, grits, Yamil lactose-free yogurt, potatoes, eggs, bacon/sausage, etc. There was also cereal, waffles, and typical bread options, but everything had ways to spruce up the offerings with toppings: fresh blueberries, strawberries, cinnamon, walnuts, brown sugar, whipped cream, and for the eggs, salsa, ketchup, and the like. Lastly, they had a mini-basketball court, pool table, and workout room. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. Overall, we had a great stay.
