The Interurban Hotel consistently receives positive feedback, particularly praising its friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, and convenient location near shopping and dining. While some guests appreciate the included breakfast and upscale amenities, recurring concerns exist regarding staffing levels, breakfast options, and minor room maintenance issues.
Clean and quiet room. Travis at the bar is a ray of sunshine. I stopped by the bar to get hot water for my tea, but ended up ordering something because of his positive attitude. Nyi at check in was great and informed me of amenities and facilities without me having to ask like most places. Thanks for pleasant stay and happy this is one of the hotels our company choses for our crew.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very close to South Center mall and shops. It has a fun modern look with friendly staff. From the front desk, the restaurant and the house keepers, everyone was smiling and friendly. The pool was clean and relaxing. The rooms were on the small side but were laid out with great care for functionality and aesthetic. There was a comfy chair by the window to watch the city while you drank coffee. The breakfast was very well done. We stayed for 2 days. It was different each day and delicious! We had dinner from the restaurant one night. Both of us had the hot chicken sandwich. It was so good. The fries were really good, I kept eating them even though I was full. I would definitely stay here again
Jason on Days, Nyi at night, the staff were spot on. If they are not smiling don’t worry, they are focused for service and professionally polite. I had a parking challenge on the last day and Nyi solved the issue with the help of security put us in Valet. Business trip, location is 10 minutes from airport, massive shopping and dinning 5 minutes from hotel. Check in was smooth, free breakfast buffet. Bar has top shelf brands and the bartenders were all great. One kitchen for the hotel that has delicious foods. Just wish the stayed opened to 11-midnight. Parking is tight, but those who Ubered had no problem.
This is my second week long stay at this location (tukwila). Initially, I chose this location due to it's proximity to work, jolibee, and la fitness. The whole hotel was clean, organized, and inviting. I was asked where I wanted to stay during my next visit, I chose this location again. Again I was very satisfied with my stay. The rooms are very clean and relaxing, the common areas are inviting. The star of the show during both visits were the staff. No matter what time now day, the staff were all very professional, courteous, and friendly. Most specially, the morning lady at the front desk on sunday and Monday. I believe her name is Michelle. She took care of my needs and answered all my questions with the most beautiful smile. When having a not so good start to your day, sometimes a warm beautiful smile is what you need to get you back on track. Thank you hotel interurban and Michelle for the wonderful experience.
My wife and I stayed here in one room and her family that flew in from the Philippines stayed in another. We loved everything about this place. The free breakfasts were great, the rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was amazing, and would most definitely stay here again for sure. There was nothing that was a negative for us. We loved this place!
This hotel is excellent. Jawed at the front desk really went out of his way to take care of us even though we arrived in the middle of the night with an upset baby. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Most of all, all the staff are extremely courteous and professional.
Had a 2 night stay at this hotel and everything was exceptionally well about it. The rooms were clean and spacious. We were in the 7th floor and it was VERY quiet. There were robes in the room (new ones available for purchase if you’d like for $75), a scale, and a safe. The bed was super comfortable I was sad I had to leave it! Hotel parking is reasonable at $15 per night. They do offer a free breakfast per day which is among one of the best breakfast I have had at any hotel. Also it’s not the same breakfast everyday which also makes it better. The service from the front desk, to housekeeping upon request, to the breakfast team was all top notch. No complaints. There are plenty of stores, activities, and restaurants within walking and driving distance from the hotel. 12/10 would definitely stay again!
I recently stayed at the Interurban Hotel during my work trip and had an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean and had a modern, elegant design that made the stay feel upscale and comfortable. The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering plenty of space to relax after a long day. The breakfast buffet was amazing with great variety, fresh food, and definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while. The rates were totally worth it considering the quality and comfort provided. Parking was also reasonably priced at around $18 per night, which is much better than most nearby hotels charging $25 to $45 a night. Overall, I’d highly recommend the Interurban Hotel for anyone traveling for work or leisure. It’s stylish, clean, and well worth the stay.
I was not impressed with my multiple day stay at this hotel. Firstly, I’m guessing they are understaffed. Everyone I interacted with seemed overworked and exhausted. There were long lines to talk to front desk staff multiple times and we waited 20 minutes to get into breakfast one day. Specifically, there are only 10 regular breakfast tables and two staff to seat you, get drinks/plates, help anyone, and bus the tables. Apart from the 10 tables is a separate breakfast section with a menu that does not come included with the stay, and they are responsible for that section too. The continental breakfast was fine- decent eggs and potatoes, with a minor rotating list of pancakes, bagels, etc. The rooms were fine as well. Very thin walls, but overall comfortable beds and a good shower. The elevator is slow (even with 3 of them) and we waited quite a bit for elevators at times. We did request our room be cleaned multiple times and the bare minimum was done. For example, someone who stayed in the room prior left a fake nail on the ground (very clearly) and it was never picked up until we did so. Overall, if you’re looking for a convenient hotel near the airport, this would probably do the job (although there is no airport shuttle), but I would not recommend it otherwise.
I had a great experience at this hotel! The room was clean, front desk staff are friendly, and the location was excellent! However, I think the only thing that should be focused on to improve is their breakfast buffet! Not many options and the drinks are out of reach and come from the back kitchen which I find it inaccessible and inconvenient.
