Stayed and parked our car for 10 days. Flew back in and was going to stay another night. We called for pick up and they stop pick up at midnight. We had to pay 24 dollars for a Lyft. Pay 200 dollars a nite. They should have 24 hour service. Drove down the road and stayed at red roof in motel. 24 hour shuttle and cost 70 dollars to stay. Red roof is a nice place to stay. Marriott lost my business.

The room reeked of acrid cleaning products. Strong laundry fragrance smell in the bedding and towels. I had a room with a balcony and had the door wide open for hours in February to try and get some of the smell out. It was barely okay to stay by the time I went to sleep. There are cleaning and laundry products without fragrance, they should use those. Nobody should have to put up with these toxic odors. The staff was nice, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I have stayed in many Residence Inns because non scented products were used. Going to have to rethink Residence Inn.

Not impressed & definitely won’t be back. I booked my room 2 weeks in advance, when I checked in they messed up my reservation & tried to put me in the wrong room. I went back down stairs to inform them that I purchased an upgraded room & wanted the one I paid for. When I finally got up to the 2nd room, I become aware that the bathtub is broken, along with the heating/cooling system, & the bed is extremely uncomfortable. I called the front desk to ask for a fan, to which she replied they don’t have any? Went downstairs & asked someone else, they got me a fan. They also don’t have any sort of lounge or food onsite. I was starving so I went to purchase a snack from their concession & somehow that cost me $30?? Also, their airport shuttle driver was on his phone the entire ride yelling at someone he was talking to, absolutely ridiculous. Not worth staying here at all, I’ll find somewhere else next time.

Thank you to the entire staff. I especially want to thank your front desk staff, room cleaners and janitorial staff. My stay at your location was the best of best experiences. Every time I arrived I was acknowledged. The only problem I notice is there seems to be more rooms than parking spaces. At night I would have to be very creative in securing a parking space and the fire lanes have been used as parking spots. Let me be clear the staff are the heart of any hotel and your staff has been perfectly assembled please reward them accordingly this holiday season. I have seen the result of hotels that have not rewarded their staff and its shows. Please keep up the good work. Sidenote: I walked to/from airport; enjoy the free exercise.

Came in from international flight looking forward to relax in this hotel since i saw good reviews but upon arriving in the room i was given room 119 and the room stank very upsetting. Called front desk to raise my concern since this booking was confirmed in November and i was told it was fully booked she said only 119 handicap room was available. Very upsetting and when i asked her if there was food available she said only delivery. Another concern is that i made a mistake and took marriot seattle airport bus called here and was told they cant pick me up there so i had to wait outside that hotel for 10 minutes to go back to airport wjen i was picked up the driver said he could have picked me up its on the way. Thid review is for the upper management so they can be aware of what night shifts are doing. Raised my concern with Expedia where i booked and all of a sudden they are not fully booked i got the room i paid for 1030pm. Will i go back here probably not. Will i recommend? Not after i tell them my experience. End of rant

Big thank you to Naya, Lo, & One for being so gracious & hospitable. The airport shuttle was helpful & appreciated (very close to SeaTac). Rooms are clean & staff is kind. A courtesy hot breakfast is served in the mornings. The oatmeal, waffle, toast options, and potatoes are great. The eggs could be improved upon. I don’t eat pork so no comment on the sausage. Overall, great hotel option & especially if you need a kitchen which came in handy since I brought food to cook.

Upon picked up by Juno at SEATAC, he was so welcoming and friendly. In fact, everyone is very friendly here. Check in at 8am, so thankful that the room was ready as we flew 15 hours to Seattle. They did recognize us and thank us for being a MB Elite. Room was spacious and clean. Bed so comfortable. Hot shower. Clean kitchen and utensils. Initially stayed 2 nights then travelled to Orlando and when return from Orlando, stayed another 4 nights before leaving back home. Breafast is the same each day but is just alright. About 10 minutes walk to train station to city. Complimentary shuttle to Westfield Centre. Just scan QR and key in details for pick up. Next to hotel was the Angle Lake Park. Used to be peaceful and nice to walk but now, the ground is so dirty with ducks and goose poops. Just too gross to step on it. Will return each time we visit Seattle.

We picked Residence Inn by Marriott because it was dog friendly and had a free airport shuttle. Free daily breakfast was a nice bonus as well. We stayed for 3 nights. What really stood out was the kind and helpful staff. The Manager was so kind and got us into a room before 3pm as we had arrived on an overseas PCS military move, it was much appreciated. The airport shuttle drivers were AMAZING and helped us with our 8 bags (family of 4) plus a dog to and from Seatac. Thank you so much.

These guys are liars and fake. I am rewards member and travel frequently . I booked a "Lake view" balcony room a month ago and checked in using the app. When I showed up, and they stuck me in a ground floor room looking at a parking lot. When I questioned they said they have "Lake side" rooms, no "Lake view" rooms. Then fix the website and don't say "Lake view" rooms. The manager was rude and condescending. Their breakfast selection is sub-par other similar-priced hotels. I will never stay at this Marriott again.
