Smelly rooms-like sour laundry. no fans in bathrooms-years of damp seeped into carpets, drapes. Smears on counters and microwave. Terrible. Don’t stay here, there are a ton of other options in the area. Do your research, I was travelling all day and tired, so no time to change. 1 star. Elsa was friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, especially if you need to catch a flight the next day—very close to the airport. The price was excellent for the area. The free breakfast buffet was okay at best, but it’s hard to complain since it’s included. The only downsides were having to pay for parking, though I can live with that for a cheap night, and the beds. Unfortunately, the beds were very firm and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, good value for a short stay, but the beds could definitely use improvement.

Place is a hideous dump! In the first room they put me in there was a window that was completely broken with huge cracks around it that was allowing freezing air to come in. There was some kind of jerry rigged chain added to the window, apparently to keep the drug addicts out! Absolutely crazy that this hotel chain feels this is acceptable! Didnt feel safe or morally correct that the hotel is in this state. Tried to increase the heat to offset freezing air coming in through the broken window but nope temperature would automatically reset itself to some lower level. Ultimately had to move to another room. On top of this they charge extra for parking, an absolute crime! Steer clear folks place is a disaster, i will NEVER come here again!

Victor checked us in at 2am after a delayed flight and man he was amazing. Super friendly and accommodating, got fresh hot water for tea, meant the world to us. Just what we needed after a delayed flight into a missed connection. Thank you Victor!

The location to the airport is good. The room had a bad smell. The Ac unit was broken and the entire hotel need updating. The lady at the front desk was not very helpful. The shuttle driver was nice.

My experience at this location was very disappointing. It started with the hotel water being out of service, which wasn't mentioned at check-in. After a long flight from the east coast, including a layover, I was really ready fir a hot shower. They were able to get it restored several hours later. I also didnt care for the location. It was parallel to a runway and the local train system. There was constant noise throughout the night and early morning. The room.was acceptable but not noteworthy.

I stayed here through the Park- Sleep-Fly app. Shuttles run 24 hours on the half hour precisely! Don't be late or you will miss your shuttle. Clean rooms and quite comfortable.

There’s a $20 fee (15 plus taxes) for parking daily, however there is not enough parking for everyone. We lucked out in that every time we pulled in and circle the lot someone was pulling out. The A/C does not go cooler than 73 degrees and the bathtub is installed backwards plus the toilet has the worst job of caulking I have ever seen.

This Hampton has the smallest set up I've ever experienced. No closet. Very small bathroom. This hotel is strictly for someone looking to check in, get some sleep, and go to the airport. The free breakfast choices were fair to OK.

Staff was helpful, location was perfect for being close to airport. Very accommodating for all needs. They even ?? in on me to make sure all was wonderful. Outstanding job.....side note it seemed like cleaning was always going on 24/7! I love to see that at an establishment
